UPDATE: Missing vulnerable Tucson man found out of state

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Authorities said a missing vulnerable Tucson man has been found out of state.
The Tucson Police Department reported David Rangel, 77, went missing on June 4.
Early June 7, the TPD said Rangel was located and that his family was told where he is at.
