Playground at Jacobs Park replaced after it was vandalized last year

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Tucson Parks and Rec has announced that one of the playgrounds at Jacobs Park has been replaced after it was vandalized and burned last year. Community members donated to get the playground rebuilt.
