State police say a woman who was allegedly kidnapped Friday in the city of Troy has now been found safe, and no charges had been filed.
State police first reported this image Friday- saying a black woman had been abducted by this, and was in danger.
However, Albany police located the vehicle in question. They say the woman was one of the car's occupants.
Detectives from Troy police interviewed the woman, and were told no crime had occurred.

State Police, along with Troy Police are looking for information after they say a Black woman was forced into a car on a street in Troy.
The incident, according to information from the Division of Criminal Justice Services, occured on June 2nd, in the area of Peoples Avenue near 15th Street.
The vehicle is a 2015 silver Mercedes Benz GK3 SUV and a NY registration of KAH2293.
There is no description of the woman, however she was described as a "vulnerable adult', and that she was last seen being forced into the vehicle.
