TROY, NY (WRGB) —
Troy Police say a 13-year-old has been hospitalized and is in grave condition following a crash Sunday night in the City of Troy.

Police say the crash occurred in the area of 4th Street and Madison Street at around 8:30 PM.
Investigators say the 13-year-old, who is listed in grave condition, was operating a mini-bike when the collision occurred involving an SUV.
Police say the teen is a student at Troy High School and that School Resource Officers are working with the district to provide support to the community.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
