Boy, 13, in grave condition after Troy crash

A 13-year-old Troy student is in grave condition after a crash on Sunday night, said police.
The 13-year-old was operating a mini-bike, when he was hit by an SUV around 8:30 p.m. near 4th and Madison.
The SUV driver is cooperating with the investigation, police said.
Police are also looking for additional witnesses and surveillance video.
