Troy baseball will face Boston College in the first game of the NCAA Tournament Tuscaloosa Regional on Friday.

The matchup is the 2 vs. 3-seed matchup and is the first game of a doubleheader that will feature Alabama and Nicholls in the nightcap. Both games Friday will air on ESPN+.

The Trojans (39-20) earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. Troy made a run in the Sun Belt tournament, making it to the championship game before falling 14-10 to Appalachian State. The Trojans won the last three of their regular-season series.

The Eagles (35-18) fell to Clemson in the ACC Tournament. Boston College is 6-4 over its last 10 games.
