Convicted Townville Elementary School Shooter Jeffrey Osborne was in court Monday afternoon. Osborne's who now 21, was convicted at the age of 15, of fatally shooting 6 year old Jacob Hall and his father in 2016.
He also was convicted of shooting and wounding two students and a teacher in the incident. Hall was sentenced to Life Without Parole plus 30 years. In court today (Monday) Osborne's attorneys asked the judge to reduce his sentence. Five witnesses spoke against a reduction in his sentence.
The judge did not make a ruling on the matter, he's asked for supplemental psychiatric report, before making a decision. Osborne's defense attorneys now have 30 days to submit the results of the evaluation.
