Jesse Osborne, who pled guilty to murder and attempted murder charges stemming from an Upstate school shooting in 2016, is back in court.
Osborne, who was 14 at the time of the Townville Elementary shooting got a life sentence without parole, plus 30 years. He's filed motions asking for a reduction, should he get it? That's the subject of our daily poll, cast your vote below.
