Actually, the look at more desirable areas of North Carolina will mean little if the Fascist, now GOP Lieutenant Governor, becomes Governor. His criminality, as well as that of his Wife, including not Filing Taxes for 7 years, has been that of legend. Further, his stated animus to Jews, disclosure, I am that, is open, and acknowledged. When a North Carolina area is referred to as ‘Conservative,’ bet on retrograde.
