36-Year-Old Female Spirit Airlines Flight Attendant Arrested For Disturbing Behavior With Boyfriend

Annie Bryn Flaherty, a former Spirit Airlines flight attendant, is in some serious trouble over her behavior towards her boyfriend.

The 36-year-old Florida flight attendant found herself behind bars after a shocking attack on her boyfriend at a brewery.

The former Spirit Airlines flight attendant told police her boyfriend assaulted her after making an insulting joke.

Flaherty told officers responding to the Fort Lauderdale brewery last week that her boyfriend “made a joke calling her a junkie” that made her cry. She then added he “beat her up,” according to a police report obtained by WPLG.

The boyfriend, who was not identified, admitted calling her a “junkie” but had a vastly different story from hers.

He said Annie Bryn Flaherty reacted to his joke by first dumping a beer over him, then hauling off and smacking him over the head with a glass beer bottle when they got to the car.

‘Annie then picked up a can of beer and attempted to pour it on him, however [he] was able to redirect her hand.

‘After such failed attempt of trying to pour beer on [him], Annie picked up a glass beer bottle from the car and hit [her boyfriend] on the right side of his head.’

Police would determine Annie Bryn Flaherty’ unlawfully and intentionally’ struck her boyfriend in the head against his will with a beer bottle ‘likely to cause death of series injury.’

Flaherty was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and booked at the Broward County Jail.

She has since bonded out of jail.
