Tri-Cities, Wash. — With Memorial Day travel already starting, on Thursday, May 23rd, Circle-K s in the Tri-Cities and Yakima area will be offering a discount on gas. For national fuel day, participating locations will be offering 40 cents off each gallon from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the discount applied directly to the pump.
