Martyne Christopher Elmer from Topeka, Kansas, has been charged with burglary, theft and criminal damage, according to Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse
Elmer is suspected of committing multiple burglaries and thefts at a property on 110th Road in Southern Jackson County.
Elmer was taken into custody on June 1, after an investigation that was done by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office with the help of Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office.
Morse said that Elmer is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
