SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
On Thursday, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit and Shawnee County Drug Task Force served a search warrant in the 2300 Block of SE Oakwood Drive, according to Police Lt. Edward Stanley.
As a result, officer arrested 32-year-old Cody Cowhick and transported him to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on requested charges that include Distribution of Opioids (Fentanyl), Possession of Distribution of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of User Drug Paraphernalia
