NOKOMIS - Road construction season is coming up and engineers are eying up future projects.
Oneida County is looking into improving a portion of Highway L in Nokomis outside of Tomahawk. The proposal would include work on the 6 mile stretch of County L from the Lincoln County Line north to Highway 51.
The only changes taking place in the project would be to replace two cable barriers with safer beam guards.
The project is currently set to take place in 2025.
