A Tiffin man was arrested on warrants stemming from his alleged dealing of marijuana last year.

According to authorities, the first incident in questioned occurred the night of July 28th on the 2700 block of the Coralville Strip.  19-year-old Wyatt Baldwin of East Street reportedly was observed selling 118 grams of a green leafy substance that later was tested and revealed to be cannabis.  Baldwin was allegedly seen again the afternoon of September 26th on Railroad Street in Tiffin, selling about 30 grams of a substance later confirmed to be marijuana.

Police executed a warrant on Baldwin and his residence two days later. He was detained while away from his house and allegedly had about 60 grams of marijuana on him. A search of his residence turned up over 400 grams of marijuana, confirmed by testing.

Warrants were issued on May 12th; Baldwin was taken into custody early Tuesday. He’s been charged with three Controlled Substance violations and two counts of Failure to Affix Tax Stamp.  If convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison.
