Tallahassee woman accused of using at least 11 dead people’s names on petition forms, arrest papers say
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A Tallahassee woman is behind bars after being accused of committing election petition fraud. That’s according to the affidavit for her arrest. Jill President, 33, was arrested Thursday. Arrest papers revealed she faces 22 counts related to petition fraud - 11 counts of criminal use of personal identification information concerning a deceased individual and 11 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
