Mitchell County’s DK Grissom slides safely into home plate during Thursday night’s game against Thomasville YMCA. Grissom reached on a double that he smacked between center and right field then stole third base and raced home on a wild pitch. This game for Grissom and the other Mitchell County All-Stars was a practice game as they prepared to play in the GRPA district tournament held in Adel this weekend.
