JESSICA Simpson has shared a new photo with her youngest daughter as fans gushed over how similar they look.
Jessica, 44, posed for a makeup-free selfie with her 5-year-old daughter Birdie Mae in an Instagram post on Saturday, days after the singer took her three kids to an Olivia Rodrigo concert.
She captioned the photo , “Me and My Birdie My Birdie and Me…[heart emoji].”
The Irresistible singer’s Instagram followers noticed how much Birdie looks like her mother in the comments section, with one person writing, “Your mini me, she’s so adorable.”
“Same chin…adorable [heart emoji],” a second person commented, while another remarked, “Birdie has your smile.”
A third person commented on the striking resemblance between Jessica and Birdie, writing “Twinsies!”
“She looks like you,” a fourth fan comment read.
Another Instagram user added, “She is your ‘mini me’ for sure – the image of you! You have a beautiful family and thank you for all the entertainment you have provided for us. Talented lady!”
The Open Book author’s latest Instagram post comes after Jessica was photographed attending Olivia’s recent GUTS tour performance in Los Angeles, California.
She wore a ripped, black mini skirt with a matching jacket and a pair of thigh-high silver boots, with fishnet stockings, for Olivia’s concert, as seen in the photo that was later posted on X.
Fans remarked Jessica looked ageless, with several people praising her youthful appearance.
“Where’s Jessica? I see 6 kids,” one X user wrote.
“Jessica is serving face,” another fan commented.
Jessica, who will be seven years sober this fall, recently shut down a fan accusation that she was drinking alcohol again, adding, “You have me very misunderstood.”
Being a mother is the best opportunity and challenge I’ve ever been blessed with in life.

Reacting to Jessica’s birthday tribute to her son on Instagram, one user commented, “STOP DRINKING!”
The Dukes of Hazzard actress replied, “I haven’t wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and for my family.
“Thank. You for your concern, but you have me very misunderstood. Sending love your way,” Jessica concluded.
STANDING STRONG
Jessica reflected on the beginning of her alcohol-free journey on Instagram last November, as she celebrated six years of being sober.
She reposted a photo taken during the height of her substance abuse battle, in which Jessica was sitting by a window at home, with the sun’s rays lighting up her face.
Jessica first shared the intimate picture in November 2021, with the caption, “This person in the early morning of Nov 1, 2017 is an unrecognisable version of myself.
“I had so much self discovery to unlock and explore,” she continued. “I knew in this very moment I would allow myself to take back my light, show victory over my internal battle of self respect, and brave this world with piercing clarity.”
“Personally, to do this I needed to stop drinking alcohol because it kept my mind and heart circling in the same direction and quite honestly I was exhausted,” Jessica added.
“The drinking wasn’t the issue. I was,” she admitted, “I didn’t love myself. I didn’t respect my own power.”
