A WOMAN has revealed that she no longer pays a penny in rent, after moving into a 6 x 8 foot greenhouse.
Gina Min bought the caravan for £150 from a furniture shop and built it in less than 10 hours.
The greenhouse is made up of three parts.
To the left, there is a small desk made out of planks of wood, with storage space underneath where Gina keeps her clothes.
In the middle of the room, is a yoga mat, which Gina uses to practice on every day, and on the right side of the room, there is a mattress a sleeping pad, and hooks to hang her towel and jackets on.
To light up the greenhouse at night, Gina just uses a tiny torch which is clipped to the curtain and to get electricity, she uses an extension lead which is plugged into the house on the land where her greenhouse is.
There is also a shared kitchen outside, which Gina uses alongside other people that live on the land.
If Gina needs a wee she just does it outside her greenhouse, and if she needs a number two, there is a compost toilet outside.
The site also has an outdoor shower attached to a tree and an outdoor washing machine.
"I feel like I have everything I need and I am grateful that my path in life has led me up to this point", she said, via a video posted to her YouTube channel.
Whilst Gina is living on the land, she is getting paid to build a house, and has learned an abundance of new DIY skills.
"I feel like life here has been so full and vibrant", she said.
She also saves money on food, by growing her own fruit and vegetables.
"I love living in a greenhouse and I love growing food", she said.
The greenhouse is located in California, so it is warm enough for Gina to live their in the summer.
Tiny Homes FAQs
The tiny house movement began in the USA before gaining popularity in the UK.
What is a tiny home?
Tiny houses are small, fully-equipped living spaces designed to lead a more sustainable, off-grid lifestyle. Although they vary in size and shape, tiny homes tend to be between 15 and 50 square metres in capacity, made of sustainable materials and are easier — and cheaper — to maintain than traditional brick homes.
Are tiny homes legal in the UK?
As long as the tiny house doesn't exceed 19.8m x 6.7m in size, it is defined as a caravan in UK law. Therefore, tiny houses are classed as legal additional living space.
Can you get a mortgage for a tiny home?
The small size and relatively low cost of tiny houses means they’re not generally considered eligible for a mortgage. However, there are plenty of options to take out a loan to fund your dreams of the perfect, moveable home.
However, when winter hits, it will get too cold, so she will have to find somewhere else to live.
She seems to be extremely happy in the greenhouse though, and even turned down the offer of a two-bedroom flat to continue living there.

I love her way of thinking, bet that if everything got knocked off grid, she would survive, on the other hand, all these people judging her probably wouldn't make it, money spoils people to the point of having no common sense
