Lindsay Lohan makes rare public appearance at US Open with multi-millionaire husband

Lindsay Lohan showed off her youthful appearance as she watched the US Open men's championship with her husband Bader Shammas.

The couple watched the tennis tournament in Flushing Meadows on Sunday as Jannik Sinner took on Taylor Fritz. Lindsay looked incredible as she wore a cream-colored dress which pulled her in at the waist.

The long-sleeved outfit featured a simple silver belt and the Freaky Friday actress , 38, accessorized with gold hoop earrings and a pair of aviator sunglasses. Lindsay styled her long red hair in a center part and let her loose waves fall over her shoulders.

Lindsay opted for just a hint of makeup, wearing some mascara and a peach lipstick. Her husband dressed up for their tennis date, wearing a white T-shirt under a navy blue blazer.

Bader also wore a pair of black sunglasses and went for an unshaven look. The couple received a standing ovation from the crowd when they appeared on the big screen.

The pair weren't the only celebrities at the US Open, with Taylor Swift, Kendall Kenner and Matthew McConaughey also in attendance. Fans went wild for the pictures of Lindsay and Bader on X, with one person writing: "I love Lindsay Lohan."

Another said: "Lindsay Lohan glows while attending the US Open earlier today," while another pointed to the crowd's reception: "She literally got the loudest ovation out of all of them. Her comeback is legendary."

A fourth fan posted: "She deserves all the love and more." Lindsay and Bader's date comes after the actress recently finished filming for the Freaky Friday sequel with her co-star Jamie Lee Curtis.

Freakier Friday will see Lindsay and Jamie Lee reprise their roles of Anna and Tess respectively more than two decades after the first film saw them switch bodies in a spooky twist of fate. In the sequel, Anna now has a daughter and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. Tess and Anna soon learn that switching bodies was not a once-in-a-lifetime event for them...
