Real estate transfers: Perry Township apartment complex sells for $2.4 million

An apartment complex in Perry Township sold for $2.4 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office .

The property with more than 40 rental units at 5325 13th St. SW was purchased by a domestic limited liability company, Cep1 LLC, which listed a North Canton address. It was previously owned by another domestic company, 2 Bubbas LLC.

The transfers cover July 6 to July 12.
