    AMBER Alert inactivated for Texarkana toddler

    TEXARKANA, Ark. – Arkansas State Police have inactivated an AMBER Alert for a toddler who they say went missing from Texarkana Friday morning.

    ASP officials said that the child was reported missing from The Links Apartments but was found safe shortly after the AMBER Alert was issued.

    Special agents have not released any additional details about the incident.
