GOODYEAR, Ariz. (WTWO/WAWV) — Terre Haute South Alum Tim Herrin was informed Friday that he earned a spot on the Cleveland Guardians opening day roster per Zack Meisel of the Athletic.
Herrin is the second Terre Haute South Brave to make the MLB and the first Terre Haute South pitcher to make it into the big leagues.
Herrin is expected to be a part of the Guardians bullpen when they open the season March 30th against the Seattle Mariners.
