Last fall, two prominent Florida real estate developers Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures announced a $1 billion Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences (FSH) project in Mountain Village (MV), the largest development of its kind in the Telluride region. “We were very optimistic from the outset, but we’re surprised by how much interest there is in this project as we’ve rolled it out,” said Brian O’Neill, director of the O’Neill Stetina Group.
