Washington State Patrol is seeking the public's help in identifying the driver who caused a hit-and-run collision that left a 58-year-old Puyallup man with serious injuries. The man was driving a red Toyota Camry northbound on River Road when a white Toyota Tacoma traveling southbound crossed over the center turn lane and struck a silver Toyota Highlander, which then collided with the Camry.
Five Arrested, Charged for Trying to Access Power Vault for 911 Communication Tower in Pierce County
Five people have been arrested for trying to break into a Tacoma power vault that supplied energy to a South Sound 911 communications tower, according to charging documents. A spokesperson for the Tacoma Police Department said she couldn't speak to why the group tried to break into the vault Monday.
