NEWKIRK — On Oct. 7, 2024, Arnold appeared in court with his attorney Jarrod Stevenson and entered no contest pleas to two amended charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and battery. A third charge, sexual battery, was dismissed. Arnold was originally charged with three felony counts of sexual battery. Judge David Bandy sentenced Arnold to a 10-year suspended prison sentence. He is ordered to have no contact with the victim and complete 150 hours of community service.
