Last week, Briks Pizzeria opened in Mahomet. The new pizzeria specializes in brick-oven pizzas, but the menu also offers salads, hot sandwiches, soft pretzels, four kinds of mac and cheese, dry-rub wings, individual gelato, and dessert pizza, too. Briks Pizzeria’s grand opening was Wednesday, October 1st, and so, on Thursday, I took my kids out to try the pizza.
