Bonney Lake is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Olympia on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Bonney Lake lost 28-7 to Olympia. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 149th, while the Bears are ranked 18th).

Mt. Rainier has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Kentwood Conquerors at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kentwood took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Mt. Rainier, who comes in off a win.
