On Sept. 28 a woman called from an apartment unit reporting that a man in another unit was tearing up the apartment. She said that he was pulling out the electrical, drywall and destroying the unit. A lot of banging and pounding could be heard in the background. Another man also resides at the residence. When officers arrived, they found significant damage to the apartment. The landlord also identified items that were taken without permission.
