Sunbury, Pa. — A Sunbury man allegedly threatened his neighbor with a knife over a $50 debt. Sunbury Police responded to a home shortly after 2 p.m. Sept. 22 after the male accuser called 911. Man charged with kidnapping to also face drugs charges
Williamsport, Pa. — A confidential informant wearing a camera bought cocaine from a man in Williamsport in June — a man police recently arrested for kidnapping. Tyree Tyquan Moy, 39, was given $160 in cash before meeting a dealer in the bathroom of Sheetz on Westminster Drive, Detectives with the Lycoming Narcotics Enforcement Unit said. Moy came back to the car and handed the informant a baggie of cocaine, detectives added.

Old Lycoming Township, Pa. — A Williamsport contractor allegedly took $1,600 from a victim after claiming their water heater needed to be replaced.
