On October 7, 2024, in the Superior Court of Haralson County, James Todd Fincham, a 59-year-old white male, was sentenced to 30 years, with 18 years to be served in prison, for Trafficking Methamphetamine and multiple other drug-related charges. Fincham was also convicted of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. He entered a blind (non-negotiated) plea last week.
