7-Story Apartment Complex To Be Built At Former Dunlay’s Site In Lincoln Park
LINCOLN PARK — A seven-story, 66-unit apartment complex will soon be built at the former Dunlay’s site at Clark Street and Wrightwood Avenue in Lincoln Park. The City Council approved the rezoning of 2600 N. Clark St. at its meeting Wednesday. The 80-foot building will include 66 apartments — 32 studio apartments, 32 one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments — as well as retail on the ground floor.
