Blizzard has updated their Recruit a Friend blog with details on the availability of rewards from the previous track. If you still have active recruits on the previous track, you will continue to earn the older rewards--but in all other situations, you can only earn the Goblin-themed rewards introduced in Patch 10.0.7.
