Syracuse, N.Y. - Camillus police have issued an alert for a Syracuse teen who has been missing for over a month.

Cheyenne R. Jones, 15, has been missing since Feb. 26, according to the alert filed with the state. Jones may be traveling to Kentucky or California, the alert says.

Her 16th birthday was Sunday.

Jones was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with orange lettering, a black jacket, black pants, white Nike Air Jordan sneakers, and carrying a white patterned bag.

Police ask anyone with information about Jones’ whereabouts to call 911 or NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 1(800)346-3543.

Editor’s note: This story has been corrected. A NY State alert incorrectly stated Cheyenne Jones’ birthday was March 28th.
