Police have now identified the woman who was shot to death in Sunnyvale Sunday.
Investigators say Tyesha Merritt was shot in a car along with her brother and his three kids. He and the children are recovering but Merritt was killed at the scene.
The manhunt for the killer continues. investigators don't yet know why Merritt was killed.
