What a slap on the wrist! I can not believe the whole mess …. Including the judge that presided… disappointed in our system.

On and off shady events have plagued Hare's two tenures as police chief. Still, Sunbury has given him the benefit of the doubt, but this is quite the slap. Basically zero repercussions as he's allowed to go work somewhere else. Catch me stealing $7,000 from my job, I'll be in prison for a couple years. Arrogant behavior. Everyone is a victim when their crimes catch up to them. How many addicts have the police arrested? How were they treated? How are their lives and troubles and more or less important?
