GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — A fatal crash occurred in Garvin County Monday night just after 10 o'clock. It happened on State Highway 29 east of Elmore City. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a car driven by 57-year-old Jiao Huang of Elmore City crossed the center line, striking a minivan driven by Lacey Tyler, another Elmore City resident.
