86-year-old man killed in weekend car accident in Stroud Township

A Monroe County man was killed in an accident in Stroud Township over the weekend.

Monroe County Coroner Thomas Yanac identified 86-year-old Glenn Detrick of Stroud Township as the lone casualty in a crash that happened on Sunday, Aug. 4, between Fawn Road and Mill Creek Road on Route 447/Paradise Trail in Stroud Township.

The accident closed the road from around 7:30 p.m. Sunday to 3:30 a.m. Monday.
