Stony Point police: Brooklyn man arrested for buying over $3,000 in alcohol with stolen card

Police responded to a business on Dec. 16 for a report of two males who purchased over $3,000 in alcohol using a stolen credit card.
After a long investigation, officers arrested Cedric Belle from Brooklyn.
Belle was arraigned and remanded to Rockland County Jail.
He is expected back in court in May.
