CEDAR COUNTY, Mo. – A woman swimming at Stockton Lake suffered moderate injuries after she jumped from a swim platform, slipped, and hit an anchored boat.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an ambulance took 42-year-old Kellie Davidson to a Springfield hospital Sunday afternoon just before 4 p.m.
The accident happened in Crabtree Cove about a mile south of Stockton.
