A felon is in custody following reports of a large law enforcement presence in San Joaquin County near Stockton on Thursday morning.The large law enforcement presence is on Washington Street and Gertrude Avenue.The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were searching for a wanted felon.
