    Authorities looking for more information after dog abandoned in Stillwater

    STILLWATER, Okla. ( KFOR ) – Authorities are looking for more information after a dog was left in an animal welfare’s parking lot Thursday afternoon.

    Stillwater PD posted surveillance video from the Stillwater Animal Welfare showing a car pulling into their parking lot, letting the dog out of the passenger door and driving away.

    LOCAL NEWS: EMSA issues first Heat Alert of 2024

    Officials are looking for more information about the person, vehicle or dog.

    Anyone with information is asked to contact Stillwater Animal Welfare by calling 405-372-0334 or sending an email to animalwelfare@stillwaterok.gov.

    bring that baby to me! At least they didn't abandon the dog on a country road, like so many in my area do. They chose a place where the dog would be helped, if need be. Still a rotten thing to do, just dumping a little innocent pup.
