Missing 15-Year-Old Girl Found Safe, Stillwater Police Say

The Stillwater Police Department is searching for a missing 15-year-old girl reported as a runaway.

Raeleigh Weaver left her home Wednesday evening near East 4th Street and has not been seen since.

Police said that her phone is turned off.
