DEVELOPING STORY HERE FROM OVERNIGHT. A HIGH SPEED CHASE THROUGH THE CITY STREETS ENDING WITH ONE TEEN IN CUSTODY AND TWO OTHER SUSPECTS ON THE RUN. THE OKLAHOMA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS A DEPUTY TRIED TO PULL SOMEONE OVER IN NORTHWEST OKC, BUT THEY SPED AWAY STARTING THAT PURSUIT. NOW AROUND 23RD IN PORTLAND, THREE PEOPLE GOT OUT AND RAN. ONE OF THEM WAS CAUGHT AND IS UNDER AGE. THE SEARCH CONTINUES FOR THE OTHER TWO AND DEPUTIES TELL US SPEEDS REACHED OVER 100 MILES PER HOUR. BUT THANKFULLY NO ONE WAS HURT. AND HAPPENING NOW, THREE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS RECOVERING THIS MORNING AFTER THEIR SCHOOL BUS WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH WITH A PICKUP TRUCK. THAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY NEAR MCKINLEY IN SOUTHWEST 63RD. WE KNOW THREE STUDENTS FROM JEFFERSON MIDDLE SCHOOL WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. THE REST OF THE STUDENTS ON BOARD WERE PICKED UP BY THEIR PARENTS OR TAKEN HOME ON ANOTHER BUSING. KOCO SPOKE WITH A WOMAN WHO WITNESSED THE CHAOS AFTER THIS ACCIDENT. IT WAS CHAOTIC BECAUSE THE KIDS IT WAS LIKE GOING EVERYWHERE. IT WAS KIDS COMING LIKE THIS WAY, KIDS GOING THAT WAY, AS THE KIDS WERE, THEY WAS OKAY. IS THAT WHEN IS THE SCHOOL BUS? THE BUS DRIVER, THEY WAS OKAY. INVESTIGATE. ARE STILL LOOKING AT WHAT CAUSED THE CRASH IN THE FIRST PLACE. THANKFULLY, THOUGH, EVERYONE INVOLVED IS OKAY. WELL, NINE PEOPLE HAVE DIED AFTER TWO BLACKHAWK HELICOPTERS CRASH IN KENTUCKY. IT HAPPENED ON A ROUTINE TRAINING MISSION IN TRIGG COUNTY, JUST NORTH OF THE KENTUCKY TENNESSEE BORDER. THE HELICOPTERS WERE WITH THE 101ST AIRBORNE DIVISION. SEVERAL AGENCIES ARE WORKING ON THIS INVESTIGATION. WE’VE BEEN WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNITED STATES MILITARY TO ASSESS THIS SCENE. AND WE CONTINUE TO ASSESS IT AS THE MORNING COMES. AUTHORITIES SAY THE CHOPPERS CRASHED IN A RURAL AREA AND NO RESIDENTIAL AREAS WERE AFFECTED. EVACUATION ORDERS ISSUED OVERNIGHT FOR RAYMOND, MINNESOTA. THAT’S ABOUT 2 HOURS WEST OF MINNEAPOLIS. THIS IS BECAUSE OF A BNSF BNSF TRAIN CARRYING ETHANOL AND CORN SIRUP DERAILED AND SEVERAL TRAIN CARS CAUGHT FIRE. BNSF RAILWAY SAYS AT LEAST 22 CARS DERAILED HERE. NO INJURIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED, THOUGH, SO FAR. AND AN INVESTIGATION INTO WHAT CAUSED IT IS UNDERWAY. THIS IS SCARY. A DEADLY AND MYSTERY ILLNESS IS CAUSING THE OXY ANIMAL WELFARE TO SHUT DOWN TEMPORARILY. IN JUST THREE DAYS, THE VERY CONTAGIOUS UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION HAS SPREAD TO NEARLY 130 DOGS, AND THREE DOGS HAVE DIED. SAMPLES ARE NOW BEING SENT TO A LAB TO IDENTIFY THIS. THE SHELTER WILL BE CLOSED FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK. WE’VE HEARD A LOT FROM OKLAHOMANS WHO GOT A LETTER FROM CBC SAYING YOU CAN NO LONGER GET A 90 DAY SUPPLY OF YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS. NOW WE’RE GETTING ANSWERS AND A NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS. CBC SAYS YOU’LL NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE MONTH OF MEDICATION EVERY 30 DAYS INSTEAD OF THREE MONTHS. MEDICATION EVERY 90 DAYS. CBC IS BLAMING OKLAHOMA LAWS FOR THE CHANGE, BUT STATE INSURANCE LEADERS SAY THAT’S NOT ENTIRELY TRUE. THEY CAN STILL PROVIDE THOSE. THERE’S NOTHING IN STATE LAW THAT SAYS YOU CANNOT DO 90 DAYS PRESCRIPTIONS. THERE’S NOTHING THAT SAYS YOU CAN’T DO MAIL OR PRESCRIPTIONS. IT JUST SAYS YOU CAN’T CREATE STEROIDS TO ONE OR FEWER PHARMACIES. SO BACK IN 2019, LAWMAKERS PASSED A LAW MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO OFFER FINANCIAL INCENTIVES FOR MAIL ORDER AND STEERING TOWARD A SPECIFIC PHARMACY. AND MANY NATIONAL EMPLOYERS OFFER INCENTIVIZED PROGRAMS. CVS SAYS THEY NOW HAVE TO SHUT IT DOWN. FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN STATE. SO MOVING FORWARD, YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER TO VOICE CONCERNS AND FROM THERE IT’LL BE UP TO YO
