ROCHESTER, Minn. – A driver who law enforcement says was four times over the legal blood alcohol limit is pleading not guilty.

Jennifer Lynn Hanson, 32 of Eagan, was arrested after Olmsted County deputies said they found her passed out with her car stuck in a snowbank near Bonner Elementary on January 30.

Investigators say it did not appear Hanson was picking kids up from the school.

She pleaded not guilty to gross misdemeanor DWI on Thursday.  Hanson’s trial is scheduled to begin on July 17.
