Staunton Jams musical festival is back this weekend

STAUNTON —Staunton Jams, a free music festival, returns to downtown Staunton Friday through Sunday, May 3-5. Organized by The Judy Chops, WQSV, and a volunteer board, the festival is a showcase of local talent and community spirit.

Staunton Jams will feature a lineup of over 45 performers across 13 different stages. Acts range from soulful melodies to foot-stomping rhythms, according to a press release.

In addition to the musical lineup, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of local vendors offering unique goods and treats.

Staunton Jams will also feature the return of the silent auction, where local businesses have donated products to help raise funds in support of the festival. Attendees will have the chance to bid on a variety of items, with all proceeds going toward ensuring the continued success of Staunton Jams for years to come.
