Bomb squad gives all clear after investigating potential explosive device near Staten Island Ferry
NEW YORK -- The all clear has been given after police said the bomb squad responded to a scene near the Staten Island Ferry for a potential explosive device Wednesday night.
It happened at the intersection of Slosson Terrace and Bay Street.
The call first came in around 8 p.m.
Police said a man was taken into custody for an unrelated incident.
No one was hurt.
