Accused casino shooter in Douglas custody

A California man accused in a fatal shooting that occurred March 25 on the casino floor at the Hard Rock in Stateline is back in Douglas County custody.

Edgar Julian Delgado is being held without bail on an open murder charge pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday afternoon in Tahoe Township Justice Court.

Delgado was transferred from El Dorado County Jail on Wednesday morning.

He was arrested not long after the shooting as he and his companion were traveling west on Highway 50.
