According to Florida Highway Patrol’s traffic map, crews have been at the scene at mile marker 311 since 10:56 p.m. Sunday. The truck is blocking the left lanes.

A spokesperson for FHP told Action News Jax that the truck has been difficult to move because the trailer carrying the creamer ruptured when it was lifted, causing more spillage.

FHP said that the cleanup should be complete within the hour.
