Texas Man Seriously Injured in St. Francois County Crash
A San Antonio, Texas man is facing serious injuries following a two-vehicle accident in St. Francois County on Monday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 67 and Route ‘D-D’, south of Farmington. 33-year old Najee Burns of San Antonio, Texas was traveling southbound on Highway 67 in a 2014 Dodge Avenger when 31-year old Bradley Besemer of Farmington failed to observe and traveled into the path of Burns’ vehicle. Besemer had been traveling westbound on Route ‘D-D’ and was not injured. Burns suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by helicopter.

St. Louis meteorologists confirm a tornado touchdown in Chesterfield happened during Monday night's storms
CHESTERFIELD, Mo. — Severe storms kept St. Louis area residents up late Monday night as torrential rain, hail and wind caused issues across the region. Potential tornado damage was reported in both St. Louis and St. Francois counties, and National Weather Service teams are surveying the area to confirm whether a tornado did actually form.
